  • Guarantees of specific results

Your Account Responsibilities

You Agree To:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login secure (don’t share passwords)
  • Be respectful in community spaces
  • Use Transform24 PRO for your personal journey only
  • Notify us of any security concerns
  • Be at least 18 years old

You Won’t:

  • Share your account access
  • Copy or distribute our content
  • Harass or harm other users
  • Post inappropriate content
  • Try to hack or damage our systems
  • Use Transform24 PRO for commercial purposes

Our Content = Our Property

All Transform24 PRO content (videos, workbooks, designs) belongs to us. You get a personal license to use it for YOUR journey. You cannot:

  • Resell our materials
  • Share login credentials
  • Distribute downloads
  • Create derivative works
  • Remove our branding

Basically: Use it, don’t abuse it.

Your Content = Your Responsibility

When you share in forums or journals:

  • You keep ownership of your words
  • You grant us permission to display them
  • You’re responsible for what you post
  • We can remove inappropriate content
  • Don’t share others’ private information

Payment Terms

  • Prices are in USD
  • Payment is due upfront
  • Refunds per our refund policy
  • We can change prices (not retroactively)
  • You’re responsible for applicable taxes

The Legal Stuff We Have to Say

Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us. We’re not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.

Termination

We can suspend accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Abusive behavior
  • Non-payment
  • Extended inactivity
  • Any reason with 30 days notice

You can cancel anytime. No hard feelings.

Disputes

  • Try to work it out with us first
  • If needed, binding arbitration in Texas
  • No class action lawsuits
  • Each party pays own legal fees

  • If one part is invalid, the rest stands
